Tag Time!

Hello Everybody!

I am soooooo excited!  This week I am a Guest Design Team Member for For Fun Challenges!  I am so excited about this!

So the challenge for this week is tags.  Whether you just make a tag or a tag is part of the project, it's all about the tag!  This week Paper Shelter is sponsoring the challenge.  They are giving away $20 to spend at their store!  Go check them out-they have such cute digi stamps!  And come play at For Fun Challenges so you can have a chance at winning a shopping spree!

Here is my tag using one of those cute digi stamps...

First is used different Ranger Distress inks and distressed a white tag.  I used Blue Jean, Walnut Stain, Rusty Hinge, and Shappy Shutters.  At the top are 2 gold rub-ons from Jenni Bowlin.  I used a polka dot stamp from Close to My Heart for some of the tag background.  I used Rusty Hinge for the ink.  Then I had a piece of scrapbook paper from the DCWV stack Far East and distressed it with Blue Jeans and a distressed tool blade to rough up the sides of the paper.  I printed the digi stamp Japanese Cute Doll and cut her out of the cardstock.  I used the Distress Ink around the edges.

Here's a close up.  I had bought some Asian brads at Michael's awhile back and was so happy to use them!  Then I put lace on both sides of the tag.  And I put a butterfly on the top of the tag.

I hope that you like my tag!  I had a lot of fun using this Japanese Cute Doll!  So stop by For Fun Challenges and link up your tag!

Until next time my friends...Sayonara :)

I just had to drop by and tell you how stunning I find your wonderful tag. I should have done it earlier but my arms isn't working too well. But better late than never. You did a wonderful job for us over at FFC this week.
Love n hugs
