Shaker Christmas Tag

 Hello Friends!

I did not manage my time well,  and I am entering this tag at the Funkie Junkie Boutique Blog at the very last minute! LOL   It was like one minute I was lounging around eating turkey and today it's like it's Christmas time--GO!  LOL.

So here is my tag for their challenge Tag it.

Here are some details: I used Christmas minis-the gingerbread man and the circle die. That is a sizzix dome and I put Ranger mica flakes in there for a little shakety shake. I used an impresslet and cut the circle using the circle die from the Chirstmas minis and it all fit perfectly. I used foil cardstock for the red circle decoration. I used gold foil cardstock (both Tim Holtz-I love that paper!) for the for you which is a sizzix die from a tag die cut set.

The green ribbon is from the dollar tree. And the paper is from Paper Pizzazz and is a bit old LOl. And I used a stampin up stamp circa 2004 for the to and from.

Thank you for stopping by!

Underwater Thank You

 Hello Everybody!

Last week a friend of mine brought me a coffee and I had to make her a thank you card. It was just one of those perfect act of kindness things :)

And since I used an octopus-I am submitting it into the challenge at the Funky Junky Boutique Challenge Blog: Living Things.

All of the things I used for this card is Tim Holtz except the card base and cardstock-LOL. I used distress spray and a blue mica spray for the background. I tried to capture the shiny down below. The "kelp" is from the garden greens die cut set, and I used Tim's Foil Cardstock. The coffee cup is from Festive Things. The octopus is from Under the Sea which I also used a pop dot. And the sentiment is from stampers anonymous..

Thank you for stopping by! :)

New November Color!

Hello Everybody!

November 1st means it's time for a new challenge at the Rainbow Card Challenge. This month we are all about the color Sage.

This was a hard color for me. I think it is beautiful but not a color I use a lot. I was lucky that I had some paper in sage.  So here's my card:

I used clear embossing powder and a handwritten stamp from Stampin Up for the back panel. For the middle panel I used clear embossing paste with an older Tim Holtz stencil. The dragonfly is a Tim Holtz/Sizzix die. I just love this dragonfly! And the sentiment is a Queen and Company die cut.

Be sure to check out the cards made by the team. They did a beautiful job using the color Sage.

Until next time my friends! :)
