Valentine's Day Card

Hello Everybody!

I finished making this card this morning.  It's for a sketch challenge at Try Stampin' On Tuesday-Challenge #150.  There was a twist too-to use polka dots.

The stamps are from The Alley Way.  I stamped the balloon part on a piece of Recollections paper.  I embossed a white panel with Swiss Dots also.  And the sentiment is done with white embossing powder.
