Hello Everybody!
I am finishing this card just in time for the challenge at Paper Smooches: Designers Draft Challenge.
Here is the sketch.
Here is my card. I just had to use this cute TV from the Paper Smooches set Boob Tubes. The sentiment comes from there, also.
I used Stickles for the center of the TV and Want2Scrap pearls for the knobs and antenna.
Other Materials:
Paper: Bazzill, DCWV
Embossing Powders: Recollections-Snow and Sparkle N Sprinkle Mediterranean Blue
Blue Rhinestones
Thank you so much for stopping by. Until next time my friends...have a great week! :)

News Valentine's Day Card
Good Evening Everybody!
I don't like to wait for glue to dry, so I started another card! This card is for the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. If you haven't been there before...after you see my card go check it out! They have free Digis too!
Here is the picture of inspiration. From it I used the colors teal, pale yellow, and brown, or kraft.
Here's my card. The TV, antenna, and sentiments are all from Paper Smooches Boob Tube stamp set. I really liked how it turned out, and it is different from regular Valentine's cards I make. I used pop dots for the TV to give it a little dimension. Yay! Different :)

TV's in Love
Hello Everybody!
I am super excited to share this card with you! It's for the Sparks Challenge at Paper Smooches. Of course I am running close to the cut off--but there will be another challenge for sure--so go check them out if you haven't already! They have super cute stamps!!
Here is the inspiration picture. What a super cool wall, huh? So I took the red and white from the wall and black accents for my card.
Here is my card. I think it is so CUTE! The TV's are red and their "faces" are white, inspired by the picture. They are also heat embossed. I stamped the sentiment at the bottom. All 3 of these stamps are from Paper Smooches. I told you they were cool! :) Scroll down, and I'll show you a few more highlights!
Here are the TV's on red cardstock. Afterwards, I stamped them on white and cute out the "faces."
They may look like parenthesis from American Crafts...but to me they are an array of moustaches!
This awesome little punch helped out with the hearts.
I drew and cut out the hair bow. And I made the eyelashes out of black cardstock. I made a fringe with single blade scissors and used a colored pencil to curl them. I adhered them with Glue Dots.
Until next time my friends...keep an eye on the electricity bill! ;)

Tidbit Tuesday-Digi Stamps
Hello Everybody!
I wanted to talk about Digital Stamps better known as Digi Stamps. There are a lot of companies that design and distribute Digi Stamps. I will share a few. What is also cool is that they have blogs showing their ideas. Cooler than that is they will have challenges....and wait they will offer free Digi Stamps so everybody can play! Now many of the Digi Stamp places have polymer stamps that they sell also. And believe me--they have some great looking stamps!
Here is a picture of a couple of free digi stamps that I got. I tried opening them in Word but that didn't work. I have Photoshop 8, and they opened up no problem. Now if you are reading this and know of another program that opens them up easily just let me know by leaving a comment. I would love to learn more! :) Also, if you have a favorite digi site----share it!
I am new to the Digi scene however, after I made my first card with the cute mug-I am very excited about this new resource! If you missed my card with my digi check it out here! Until next time my friends...check out those Digis!

These cuties were free! What I do is print them out on cardstock paper and cut them out. Usually I will color them first, then cut them out. You can use Copics, color pencils, whatever you normally would color stamps in with.
The super cool thing is that you can size these. And even make a border...your imagination is the limit!
Ok I can't wait to share any longer!
This is one of my faves! http://papersmooches.blogspot.com/
Market Street Stamps Here you sign up with Market Street Stamps. They had a cute coffee mug but I just went back there and don't know how to get to the mug. Visit it anyway, you probably figure it out better than me! ;)
The Alley Way Stamps These folks are new and they make it really easy to find the free digi stamps. Go check 'em out!
When you start collecting digi stamps-organization is key. I group mine by brand. If you have a blog, use the free digi, then it is only right to give credit where credit is due. So if your folders are named Paper
Smooches, Alley Way, etc., it will be very easy to give credit. I am new to the Digi scene however, after I made my first card with the cute mug-I am very excited about this new resource! If you missed my card with my digi check it out here! Until next time my friends...check out those Digis!

The Cable's Out!
Hello Everybody!
LOL Thankfully the real cable isn't out! You'll see why I called this post that in a second. First I want to thank everybody who stops by! My blog has reached a milestone of 2,000 views! I am totally excited about that! Thank you so much! As the New Year is just about here, I am excited for the new projects I will make and share with everybody!
So this card was inspired by Moxie Fab's Tuesday Trigger: Stripe-tastic. There's still time to play--Go check it out!
Also I am entering this card into the City Crafter Challenge Blog: Make the Cut CCCB#89 and Simon Says Stamp Challenge Anything Goes! Go check out these awesome blogs as well! There's still time to play!
So here is my card! I got new Paper Smooches stamps for Christmas (from my wish list at Simon Says Stamp! Thanks sis!) And I have been really wanting to use them--I got the boob tubes set. And I looked at the stripes. And then I had to completely go through my die cut drawer (that is a story for another blog entry!) And I saw the zig zags...and thus this card came together...Scroll on down and I'll show you what I did!
I stamped my square TV onto a scrap piece of white card stock. You can see where I made a flower with it at some point. I used Crayola markers and colored pencils to color it in. I don't have a brown Copic marker :( But no worries, I think it came out nice. Then I cut it out.
Ok, let me tell you about these zig zags. If you have been scrapping for a long time (say at least 10 years or so ago) you may have even seen these. They came in a pack and each color sheet had zig zags, squares, squiggly lines, and other shapes. I am not sure where all mine have gone, hopefully in scrapbooks of yonder year but here are some that remain. I think Fiskars made them, but don't quote me...that packaging is long gone... So I cut these down to size and these are on my tv. Like what sorta happens if your cable goes out ;)
Since I'm not using an 80 inch TV (haha!) I used tape to help keep the zig zags together so I could put them and the tv together.
I cut out the center of the tv to make a black center to build the zig zags on. I know some of the background of the tv would show through, and I thought black just looked better.
So here is my TV. I used pop dots and put it on a yellowish piece of scrap paper (I think it's from Making Memories). Then I put it on a piece of Kraft paper. The background is 7 Gypsies. The sentiment I made up and hand wrote--I'm off without you!. I used decorative scissors that were kind of wavy to bring that whole TV waves through the rest of the card. I also inked the edges of the both pieces of Kraft paper.
Here's the inside.
Here's my finished card. Until next time my friends....where's the remote control? ;)
