I hope everybody is having a great autumn! Our's has been nice with less humidity and a breeze.
A friend of mine, Amber at The Colorful Teacup, said to me "I want to do a Favorite Things post. If Oprah can do it-so can we!" And I was sold on just her enthusiasm alone! :)
So here are my 5 of my favorite paper crafting things. Be sure to check out my friends page to see what her favorite things are! :) And if you create a post with your favorite things-put a link in the comments and I will visit. I might find I need a new thing ;)
Without further ado...here are my Top 5 Favorite Things as of right now.
1. Copic Markers--I know they are a bit expensive but they glide so nice when you color with them. And I am by far not the best color-er. (lol). But I love these markers.
2. Tim Holtz Paper Dolls--I love this vintage people! And I just want to say that I love all things Tim Holtz. But for this post I wanted to be very specific. There are Halloween and Christmas paper dolls too--totally on my must have list. For now I just have the original set.
3. Art Anthology Dimensional Mediums- or paint as I would call it. ;) I first learned about these at the Scrapbook Expo-and I have taken 2 classes. The paints are so pretty!
Look at the shimmer in the gold and the glitter in the yellow and blue. I love glitter! :) That's number 6 LOL
4. For number 4 I love all things Queen and Company. I love their flowers and blings and their rainbow booth at the Scrapbook Expo. However, for this post I love their shaker card/tags kits.
This is last year's set but you can still get the foam inserts. The tag on the right is a complete tag I made last year. The thanks at the top is one of my favorite sentiment die cuts which is from a different set.
5. Last but not least it is time for my fifth and final favorite thing. (I was kidding about glitter being number 6. There's not a 6.)
Drum roll please......My Silhouette Machine! I love love love this machine. I can make tags, die cuts for cards and scrapbook pages, a vinyl decal of a cup and the list goes on and one. This machine along with the software is versatile and can do so many things. I just absolutely love it! :) And the silhouette store--they have fantastic designs! :)
It was a lot of fun sharing my favorite things with you. I hope to see what your favorite things are too! And be sure to stop by The Colorful Teacup to see more favorite things! Until next time my friends-keep crafting! :)
